1. Early Access Program

SalesInvoice.ph is currently in development and available through an Early Access Program. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change. Registration does not guarantee immediate access to the platform.

2. Use of Service

By registering for Early Access, you agree to provide accurate business information and to use the platform in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

SalesInvoice.ph, its design, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of Eulap. Early Access participants may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the platform without written authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

During the Early Access period, the platform is provided “as is” without warranties. Eulap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Early Access version.

5. Compliance Disclaimer

SalesInvoice.ph is designed to assist businesses with electronic invoicing. It does not constitute tax advice. Users are responsible for ensuring their invoicing practices comply with applicable BIR regulations. We recommend consulting a certified public accountant for compliance decisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants via email.
